Many of our customers have requested that they receive automatic service. We have two plans that we would like to offer to all of our valued customers.
Plan 1
Gutter cleaning once a year either in the SPRING (after May 15th) OR in the FALL (after leaves fall).
Plan 2
The “no worries” plan. Gutter cleaning 2 times a year BOTH in the SPRING (after May 15th) AND in the FALL (after leaves fall). This plan is recommended for those houses that have trees that drop seeds or buds in spring. Although you may not need to rake your yard in the spring, it only takes a handful of seeds to clog or cover your downspouts!
Once you enroll in either of these plans, you will need to do nothing. No cards to return, no scheduling to worry about. We will come out and leave a bill for you to return at your convenience. In the fall we will service your house as late as possible to allow all leaves to fall. Depending on the type of trees affecting your gutters, we begin cleaning the second weekend in November. We will not clean the gutters until the majority of leaves have fallen. In the event that there is unseasonably cold weather (like last year) which prevents us from safely cleaning your gutters, we will clean them as soon as the weather allows. To protect the gutters from damage, we resume cleaning after there has been an opportunity for them to thaw.
We are always looking for ways to better service our customers. These plans make it easier for both of us. You don’t need to worry about remembering to call and scheduling an appointment. We can save time by avoiding the “phone tag” and extra trips by cleaning your and your neighbors’ gutters at the same time. This is not a contract. Simply put, we will continue to clean your gutters automatically until you tell us to stop. As our business grows, we pledge to continue the same great service that has gotten us where we are today.
